Since we spent a LOT of time in the car travelling around Ireland, I felt it was only fitting that I do a quick set of photos from the car. Here are some of my initial thoughts on what it was like to drive in Ireland.
- I kept getting in the wrong side of the car… I just didn’t know what to do
- Eventually I got used to driving on the “wrong” side of the road
- It was fun going 120 on the motorways (120 km/h, that is)
- I was not a fan of the roads that suddenly narrowed down to a single lane on the edge of a cliff
- Sometimes we had to stop and wait for the locals to cross the street
- Megan and I were happy and alert in the front…
- …while mom and dad typically slept in the back!
- And once in a great while, all four of us were awake and smiling!
